RETURN, REFUND & PAYMENT POLICY – PlanetEpicure.com

PlanetEpicure aims to deliver high-quality food products. As food is perishable, our return policy follows strict quality and safety guidelines.


1. RETURN POLICY

You may raise a return request ONLY if:

✔ Wrong product delivered

✔ Damaged or leaked product

✔ Expired product received

✔ Quality issue validated by our team

❌ Return NOT accepted for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Taste preference issues

  • Minor packaging dents

  • Customer damage after delivery

Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with photos/video proof.


2. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after verification.

Refund method:

  • Original payment mode, OR

  • Store credit (based on customer preference)

Refund will NOT be processed if:

  • Product is consumed

  • Evidence is insufficient

  • Request raised after 24 hours


3. REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacement is processed if stock is available, for:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged goods

  • Verified product defect


4. PAYMENT POLICY

We accept:

  • UPI

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (optional)

Secure Payments:
All transactions are handled by PCI-DSS certified payment gateways.
We never store card information.


5. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Cancellation is NOT allowed if:

  • Order is already shipped

  • Customer repeatedly cancels COD orders
