RETURN, REFUND & PAYMENT POLICY – PlanetEpicure.com
PlanetEpicure aims to deliver high-quality food products. As food is perishable, our return policy follows strict quality and safety guidelines.
1. RETURN POLICY
You may raise a return request ONLY if:
✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Damaged or leaked product
✔ Expired product received
✔ Quality issue validated by our team
❌ Return NOT accepted for:
Opened or used items
Taste preference issues
Minor packaging dents
Customer damage after delivery
Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with photos/video proof.
2. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after verification.
Refund method:
Original payment mode, OR
Store credit (based on customer preference)
Refund will NOT be processed if:
Product is consumed
Evidence is insufficient
Request raised after 24 hours
3. REPLACEMENT POLICY
Replacement is processed if stock is available, for:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged goods
Verified product defect
4. PAYMENT POLICY

Net Banking
Wallets
Cash on Delivery (optional)
Secure Payments:
All transactions are handled by PCI-DSS certified payment gateways.
We never store card information.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Cancellation is NOT allowed if:
Order is already shipped
Customer repeatedly cancels COD orders
